Mom's Visit to Utah

It was a quick but fun trip with Mom. While I was busy at a skating test session, Mom and the family had dinner with Uncle Steve (Mom's brother), Jeff (Mom's cousin) and Steven J (Mom's nephew). Jordan tested on Saturday and passed her Novice Moves in the Field and Intermediate Freeskate...what does this mean? She basically competes at a higher level. There are 5 qualifying levels in Figure Skating. Intermediate is the 2nd of 5 levels.

Jason dropped Tanner off to meet his girlfriend's grandparents, while I finished with Jordan's test session and Taylor was getting ready for Jr. Prom. Mom and Missy left for Kingsbury Hall and Jason and I met them once the kids were chauffeured around.

The Ten Tenors: It was a great concert. Mitt Romney and his wife attended, they sat very close to us. The first half of the concert was OK...(I was getting sleepy.) but then ten Aussie's kicked it up a notch and sang terrific songs from the BeeGee's to Queen. It was entertaining and fun! Thanks Mom for taking us.

Mom and Missy stayed after to meet three of the ten tenors.

The ten tenors AND Mitt Romney??!! How cool is that! Did you get his autograph? I'm still voting for him, since there doesn't seem to be any other candidate to choose from!
